Cancellation Policy

When last minute cancelations occur 2 hours prior to the class, a refund will not be available due to the Guides preparedness and materials provided for that class/activity. All Guides, students and families are expected to act cordially and respectfully to one another and towards our environment, with adequate attendance etiquette. Refunds are welcome for those who don't attend. You can credit the amount towards another class, or can be refunded via an electronic way. Refunds after class has been attended, are not possible.
